Please could you check that you are ordering these rings for a 50mm diameter curtain pole, to check this please measure your curtain pole from the top to bottom, if it measures 50mm the rings are correct. If your pole measures 35mm then these will be too large as they are larger for a 50mm pole
Internal diameter of a 50mm ring is approximately 69mm and a 35mm ring is approximately 46mm.
