Returns & Refunds

All returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of the item and 7 days if the item is damaged.

The customer is responsible for the return postage and ensuring that the product arrives back safely.

Once we receive the product back it will be checked and processed, the refund will be done within 5 days and back to the card from which the payment was made.

Any product sent out in manufacturers packaging must be returned in the same condition, unopened and undamaged, as a refund cannot be given as we will not be able to resell the product.

Any product that is a cut length cannot be returned, any product that is adapted for the sale or made up cannot be returned unless faulty.

All, curtain tracks and curtain poles will have a £20 restocking fee and again must be returned undamaged and unopened, we would urge you to be certain of your order is the right size and what you need as carriage on curtain poles to return them is approximately £30 as they have a long length excess with the couriers.


We guarantee your satisfaction. Any faulty goods will be replaced. We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.


We will acknowledge complaints within five working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 21 working days.
