The delivery charges shown on the website are for UK mainland only. Many items are postage free. Heavy items or items requiring a courier will have postage charges.
We endeavour to ship within 24 hours of ordering. Should there be a delay of any kind we will contact you to enquire whether you are happy to wait or would rather cancel your order.
Order Cut off Times
Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday, orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next working day, unless it is Friday and the next shipping date will be Monday.
If you would like an item sent to an alternative address please contact us asap, or it will be sent to the address given. When you receive you order confirmation please check it thoroughly and notify us if there is an error.
Some products might not be a stock item and will have a longer delivery time such as Cushion covers or wallpapers, the delivery lead times will be detailed on the listing.
If we run out of stock and can’t get a product straight away you will be notified as soon as we are aware of the situation and will be given the options of waiting, cancelling or having an alternative product.
Claims on shortages or non-delivery of goods cannot be accepted if they are not notified to us within 7 days from date of delivery.
Condition of Sale shall prevail over and operate to the exclusion of any other terms which any part may at any time purport to rely on.
Please check the condition of all deliveries on receipt prior to signing. Any claim will be invalid unless transporter damaged goods are signed as such at time of delivery.
Payment can be made using options shown at the checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through the secure gateway of Stripe and are therefore subject to their terms and conditions. You can also choose to pay by credit or debit card by calling us on 01323 430608.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any faulty goods will be replaced. We are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
We will acknowledge complaints within five working days of receipt. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint within 21 working days.
Personal and credit card details are sent to Stripe using secure Internet technology. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
